I signed the contract today - I am now a house owner, wow!!!
Got the keys already, tomorrow morning first construction talk with my friends and family crew!
I still can't believe I did that, I guess "Plan B" of my life can get started, "Plan A" is still waiting to come true, but not forgotten...

Belated congratulations on finally your own house! Doesn’t it feel great to sign a contract on a property with your name, which marks it as officially your own home? Looking for and choosing the perfect home does take a while, but that’s what makes the signing of the contract special.
